Shipping policy

Every piece is made for your order. That takes a few days longer than pulling something off a shelf, and it means nothing is thrown away.

Production time

Your piece is produced after you order: 2–5 working days for printing or embroidery, longer for knitwear. You get a mail as soon as it leaves production.

Switzerland

Postage to Switzerland and Liechtenstein appears in the cart as soon as you pick the delivery country. Delivery takes about 2 weeks after production, sent tracked. You get the tracking number by mail.

Abroad

We ship to the EU tracked, and you see the postage before you pay. The parcel is cleared by the destination country: import VAT, duty and the carrier’s clearance fee are paid by the recipient. Outside the EU on request.

Wrong address

Check your address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we resend it once the return arrives; the second shipping is at your cost.

Lost or damaged

If tracking stops moving for more than five working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to support@angelsandco.ch. We open a case with the carrier and sort it out with you, not against you.
