Refund policy

Fourteen days, no questions about taste. If a piece does not fit or is not what you hoped for, send it back.

The window

You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to announce a return. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and still carry the tag.

How to return

Write to support@angelsandco.ch with your order number and the piece you want to send back. You get a return label from us by mail. Drop the parcel at any post office.

Your money back

Once the piece is back with us and checked, we refund the purchase price within 14 days over the payment method you used. Shipping inside Switzerland is included in the price, so there is nothing to deduct.

Exchanges

Want a different size instead of a refund? Say so in your mail. We hold the size for you while your return is on its way, as long as the drop has stock.

Faulty pieces

A seam that opens, a print that peels, a hole that was there from the start: that is not a return, that is a defect. Write to us with a photo and we replace or refund it. The warranty runs 2 years from delivery.

What we cannot take back

Pieces that were worn, washed, altered or come back without the tag. Beanies are taken back only unworn, for hygiene reasons.
