Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all reservations and orders placed via angelsandco.ch and by e-mail between Angels & Co., Bern, Switzerland, reachable at support@angelsandco.ch (“we”), and our customers (“you”).
2. Offer and reservation
The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. A reservation by e-mail is free and binding for neither side: we hold the size you want until the piece goes on sale, and you take on no obligation to buy.
Every piece is made in a limited number. Reservations are served in the order they arrive.
3. Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by e-mail (order confirmation). If an item is sold out, we tell you immediately and refund any amount already paid in full.
4. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Angels & Co. is currently not liable to VAT; invoices therefore show no VAT.
The prices shown include shipping within Switzerland; no additional shipping costs apply. For shipments abroad we quote the shipping costs before the contract is concluded.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown before you complete your order and listed in the order confirmation. The purchase price is due with the order. If payment does not arrive, we may release the item again.
6. Delivery
We ship with Swiss Post once payment has arrived. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes about 2 weeks. Shipments abroad are sent with tracking; import duties, customs and taxes of the destination country are borne by the recipient.
Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.
7. Returns
We voluntarily grant a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and still carry the tag.
How it works: announce the return by e-mail to support@angelsandco.ch beforehand. You receive a return label from us. Once the goods arrive and have been checked, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
8. Warranty
Please check the goods on receipt and report defects by e-mail as soon as possible. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery. For a justified defect we repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price.
Normal wear and damage from improper care are not defects. Please follow the care instructions: wash cold and inside out, dry flat, do not iron the print.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Beyond that our liability is excluded as far as the law permits.
10. Data protection
How we process your data is described in our Privacy.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction follows the statutory provisions. For consumers, the mandatory places of jurisdiction of the Swiss Civil Procedure Code apply, in particular the court at their domicile.
12. Changes
We may adapt these terms. The version published on this page at the time of the order confirmation applies to that order.
13. Governing language version
These terms are published in several languages. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails; the other versions are provided for convenience.
